Meet the EHCO Trophy Team

Leandro brings a wealth of international hockey experience, having played for top clubs in Spain (FC Barcelona, Real Club de Polo), Germany (Harvestehuder THC), and India. As President of EHCO, he oversees the overall vision of the tournament and is responsible for all public relations.

A former Dutch international, Olympic gold medalist, and World Champion, Sander now leads The Hockey Department. He is responsible for all logistical aspects of the tournament — including accommodation, transportation, catering, and hospitality — ensuring a seamless and professional experience for players, coaches, and staff.

Fabrizio was the original visionary behind the idea of organizing a top-level U19 European tournament. An experienced Argentinian coach, he has coached in Italy and Spain, and is currently involved with the men’s first team at Real Club de Polo. For the EHCO Trophy, he manages all technical aspects of the event: match scheduling, umpire coordination, and maintaining a high standard of competition throughout the tournament.
